Dominant 7th Arpeggios Major Arpeggios - Guitar arpeggios are the notes of a chord played one note at a time. One important reason for learning them is for use in improvisation where a strong chord sound is desired.
This lesson will cover basic 7th arpeggio shapes or fingering patterns with the Root as the lowest note, which allows you to reuse them by moving the patterns up and down the Guitar neck.
7th Guitar Arpeggios – Root on 6th String
The G7 arpeggio notes are G-B-D-F as shown below with the Root (G) starting on the 6th string.
